Congratulations to Larry Newton, Chief Engineer of 221 Main, a BOMA San Francisco Member Building. At this year’s Bay Area TOBY Awards, Larry Newton was awarded the 2018 BOMA San Francisco Engineer of the Year award.

Engineering Manager, Erik Carlson, whom oversees the account has known Mr. Newton for several years and had a few choice words explaining why he was awarded, “Larry is an industry veteran with decades of experience backed up by a very strong mechanical and technical aptitude. His dedication to a property is apparent with the way he keeps back of the house and the associated mechanical equipment in superb condition. He is never satisfied with doing something partially, he always completes projects and tasks to the highest degree, and holds his engineers to the same caliber.
