Bruce Ficke joins Able Services as Director of Business Development

Dallas, Feb. 20, 2015 – Able Services, a national provider of facility services, announced today the hiring of Bruce Ficke as Director of Business Development.

Bruce began his career in Dallas as one of the first hires of a family-owned real estate company, which ultimately grew to hundreds of employees throughout Texas.  Able Services also started as a small family-owned real estate services company and has grown into a nationally respected organization over its 89 year history.

In the 90s Bruce co-founded a global corporate facilities organization, moved to Atlanta as the National Director of Leasing, and shortly after was named President.

As President he spearheaded global expansion, winning the business of companies in a variety of industries and establishing his organization as a leader in integrated facilities services. Ultimately he grew the global organization to 1,500 people and a portfolio of 200 msf.

After his global organization was acquired, Bruce joined one of the world’s top corporate property services groups and launched a global account management program. This innovative business strategy emphasized the importance of an integrated client relationship management approach.

With experience in the field of facilities as well as a background working for a family-owned organization, Bruce is an ideal hire for the strategic growth of Able Services.

Bruce is an Architectural Engineering graduate of the University of Texas and has an MBA from SMU. Bruce will report to Able Services, President, Mark Kelly.
