July 26, 2016 – SAN FRANCISCO – Able Services, North America’s largest family-owned building services provider, announced today that it has appointed Dan Minning as Vice President of the Building Maintenance group.  Minning will lead and expand Able’s Midwest Region providing Engineering, Janitorial, and Facility Services.  Dan will be based in Able’s Chicago office and will report directly to Able’s Building Maintenance President Gary Herald.

Prior to joining Able, Dan was Executive Vice President for ABM Industries’ Midwest Region having spent 12 years with the firm, preceded by almost 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, including 13 years with Equity Office Properties Trust.

His reputation as a results oriented industry executive is supported with a proven track record of delivering value and exceptional service to clients.  Dan excels at building meaningful client relationships, attracting high-potential team members, and developing personnel that produce financial and operational results.
