On an annual basis, Johnson Controls (JCI) recognizes a select few of its approximately 5000 vendors for delivering exceptional services. Johnson Controls honored its top performing Building Efficiency Suppliers during its annual supplier conference awards ceremony. Awards were presented to supplier companies that demonstrated their leadership and commitment to Johnson Control’s Building Efficiency business. Able Building Maintenance, San Francisco, received a Bronze 2011 Award.  Able was the only janitorial company to be recognized for its excellence in operations.

“We have been successful in steadily increasing our partnership with JCI by delivering service consistency with solid customer service and exemplary operations leadership across the nation,” said Aaron Corrales, Regional VP and relationship manager for JCI. “This is a result of our ability to produce high quality, cost effective, and sustainable services for JCI. The bronze level recognition establishes Able as a true national player in the marketplace with the ability to establish synergies with Johnson Controls and other facility management organizations.”
