Able Services Promotes Dennis Giblin to Vice President of Business Development

September 19, 2016 – SAN FRANCISCOAble Services, the largest privately held building services provider in the United States, announced today that Dennis Giblin has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development, effective immediately. In his new role, Giblin will be responsible for leading the continued growth and expansion of Able Services in key Northeast markets including New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut and other cities throughout the eastern region.

Able Services’ 17,000 employees nationwide handle more than one billion square feet of real estate daily.  Able’s clients include marquee residential and Commercial Class A office properties, campuses, hospitals, data centers, financial institutions, governmental agencies, utilities and retail/entertainment venues, among others.

Giblin joined Able Services in July 2010 and previously served as Director of Business Development.  He has greatly impacted the organization’s evolution on the East Coast, having successfully grown Able Services’ presence into a leading service provider for property owners and management companies.

Giblin’s deep knowledge of real estate facilities and client service has allowed Able to grow and maintain strong partnerships with its clients in the region. In his new role, he will continue to manage C-level relationships with Able’s clients on the East Coast and nationally. Giblin has been recognized many times for his leadership and commitment to customer service, including through various asset ownership changes.

Giblin has spent more than 20 years working in the real estate industry and previously held leadership positions at the International Union of Operating Engineers and Catholic Community Services. He will continue to be based in New York.
