Paul Saccone joined Able Services’ Engineering Division in 2007 as President with the vision of expanding into a national provider of facility operations and maintenance. Along with the highly talented Able staff, Mr. Saccone’s hard work and dedication has transformed the Engineering division into a national provider of facilities services with regional offices operating in all major US markets. In November of 2014, Mr. Saccone was named the CEO of Able Services, and will now oversee the both divisions of Able Services.

Previously, Mr. Saccone served as Vice President – Corporate Engineering, Construction, and Energy at Equity Office Properties Trust. He was responsible for the strategy and execution of Equity Office’s energy operations, security, and life safety– as well as for the leadership direction and management of the company’s engineering and construction functions at the national level.
Prior to Equity Office, he was Director of Hotel Operations at Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston and Director of Engineering Operations for the Saunders Hotel Group. During his nine-year tenure in the hotel industry, he oversaw hotel management, engineering, energy operations, and hotel renovations in the USA, Europe, Asia, and South America.
Mr. Saccone has served as a keynote speaker at the U.S. Conference of Mayors for the National Summit on Energy and Environment, The Real Estate Roundtable, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Real Comm, and BOMA International. Mr. Saccone is a board member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Chicago, Corporate Council of the Association of Facility Engineers (AFE), and serves as a Trustee for the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) – National Training Fund.
He holds a BS ME from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA).
