Using Technology in a IFM Environment

Digitization is the use of digital technologies to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities. It changes all areas of life, such as leisure time, consumption patterns and the working environment. How can the IFM industry identify and optimize current workflows and processes to incorporate digital technologies that enhance service delivery?

In this panel, attendees will be briefed on how there will be a strong emphasis on the value of a digital solution within a validated environment and the benefits to compliance, validation, and CAPPA documentation.  Danielle will describe how organizations can optimize current workflows and processes to incorporate digital technologies to enhance their service delivery.  Additionally, this session will demonstrate proven results, enhanced service delivery, and greater customer satisfaction.  Attendees will be given key takeaways to begin digital transformation at their facilities.

The panel will be held the Phoenix Convention Center on October 18,2019 at 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM in room N124A.
